Thank you for choosing 5 PM Snacks for your lovable kids. We are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our snack products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our snacks. If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence.

Refund Policy: Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected products. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if done so before the weekly shipping cutoff (before orders are shipped on Monday). Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.

Initiating a Refund/Return: To request a refund or report a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at info@5pmsnacks.com and  +91 98827 08827. Provide your order number, contact details, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will respond promptly to resolve your concern.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that the timing for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment service.
